More about our presenter:

Russell Schell, owner of RJ Energy Solutions has over 30 years of experience in the commercial and industrial HVAC and Energy savings industry. Prior to RJ Energy Solutions, he held multiple positions, including; the US Air Force, Lockheed Missiles and Space Co, Johnson Controls as a field engineer, and many more. He and his wife moved to Fargo, N.D. in 2007 and started RJ Energy Solutions in 2013, continuing his work of improving energy efficiencies and air quality. 

When he is not working or spending time with family, he volunteers for the Shriner Hospital for Children where he is the membership chairman for the El Zagal Shriners in Fargo.
